WHY AND WHAT IS EBIZ- by our beloved leader Sujith lalwani

More often than less people ask me what will you do in future apart from ebiz, as though every individual working in corporate world today has taken two or more jobs. A man can do one job has been my observation. Stressing on this observation of mine, I found that, If I took ebiz as my job, I can uabashedly claim that “there is not a better job, than this one, of all those I have seen so far.” I would justify this statement of mine as follows :
* Firstly there is no job on earth which eliminates the insecurity of jobs like ebiz does. Owing to any unforeseen circumstances, which are not much in favor of your good times, which lead you to take a break in life from work for a certain period of time, in corporate world you can be assured of replacement of your position or deduction in salary or ceasing of the job whereas in ebiz the break can be however long you want, just that once you come back fine make up for the loss incurred so far with little extra efforts.

* In ebiz if you get promoted its assured that somebody else also has got promoted which is very unlikely to what happens in a corporate company your promotion only implies that somebody else has not got promoted or someone else retired to create vacancies or someone was probably fired.

* No company I have seen could have given me four promotions in a year and half. For a promotion in corporate world the time taken is very long and after a couple of years or so things tend to stagnate. That’s the reason most CEOs are aged beyond 35, hardly a handful are less than that. Within a year and half I acquired the diplomat postion meaning I have taken up a couple of them to diamond (though actually more) a four of them to gold and 8 of them to silver (in reality I already have silver of silvers). Today I am almost about to complete four years in eBIZ, with close to 90 silvers, 24 golds, 7 diamonds & 2 diplomats in my downline.

* No corporate job could have ever given me what I always craved for (which most people do) – the fan following. I doubt if would have ever signed a single autograph staying in any company be it at the CEO position as well. Today more often than less people give me a call and say “ Heard a lot about you” as rightly said by his highness Mr. Mohit Sardana – “Successful Network Marketers Will Enjoy More Stardom Than Anybody Else”. More often than less, today somebody comes to me and says: “Sir, Give me a hug, that itself will change my life” This is not to boast about what is happening, instead its just to give an insight into what fan following can do.

* Even if I would have been in the best of the jobs, it would have surely been one in a billion probability, that all my friends would have been in the same company. But, at ebiz all my friends are here, working with me towards the same goal. The greater joy lies in realising that they are enjoying equally as I do.

* In the real world today I have heard people are waiting to knock the other out of the game. If you are not fit I doubt you will survive. But at ebiz we have always believed and stood by the fact that “we are not here to compete with each other, we are here to complete each other ”

* No job could have given me this much of liberty of time that I could go out for a week with my family on a great holiday and on return find my bank balance go up by double the figure than what I spent.

* No job could have made me the individual that ebiz has made out of me in a matter of just three & a half years – an optimist, I will do it attitude, no complaining attitude, Fine management qualities, no ego, always learning attitude, Multi-career options, huge team, huge capital etc. which always make me proud of myself and more importantly, they make my parents proud of me.

* No job could have given me this much of satisfaction of having done something for the country. Today within this short span of time I have large no. of reasons to say that I have contributed a great deal to my nation which certainly is just the first step towards the amount of things yet to be accomplished.

* No job could have made my parents more often than less utter these words “we are proud of our kids.”

* No job could have expanded my social circle beyond boundaries in the entire country at such a young age, from a totally diversified set of occupations and age groups.

* If I average the amount of time spent on work (which I enjoyed rather than working) it would probably count to not more than 3-4 hours a day.

* Even if I would have got placed in the best of the companies I would certainly have remained with that typical middle class attitude of saving as much as possible, but ebiz has taught me how to be wealthy. Otherwise dining in a fivestar or a seven star with family and friends would definitely have been fantasies or once in blue moon events but they happen almost every other Sunday.

* I today redeifine the week for myself as :
“Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, Sunday aur ek BADA SUNDAY”

* In ebiz I do not have to maintain any kind of stationary or any kind of papers. I am free of "messy desk syndrome" for my lifetime now. All I need to know is the information on the website- learn that and teach that. Even maintaining of my balancesheet is taken care of by the company. If there is any issue I cant solve, rather than being worried I rejoice because the issue goes to my upline, which assures me of the best solution and an opportunity to learn.

* Last but not the least no job could have made sure I would meet new people everyday and no job would probably have given me a reason to smile ‘everyday’. Today at ebiz someone or the other calls up and says I have achieved a cycle, or become a silver or a gold or a diamond, or probably someone is getting on to the stage for the first time, or someone would have signed their first autograph, somebody would have gifted their parents or someone would have bought his own car etc. etc. etc. and all their reasons for happiness become a reason for my smile. For I somewhere feel proud of my decision of being a part of this network and taking action to make it big.

* This incident which I recall from a couple of years ago, is when I was traveling down from mangalore in a express bus, on the last seat, to my college, acts as a testimonial to the things that I have mentioned above. Beside me sat a guy who was decently placed in a good company in mangalore. At the onset of our conversation I really felt he was a very happy man making good life out of a well placed job. But as the conversation went along things completely turned otherwise. It closed with an interesting statement of his which is worth highlighting here “ make sure you get placed in a company where you have some of your friends other wise life will become a complete hell. Already there will be a lot of stress and frustration, moreover if you are alone then you will have the worst of the life possible. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ATLEAST SOME OF YOUR FRIENDS IN THE SAME COMPANY”. I was smiling within and telling myself “ OH! God somebody tell him that I am already working in a company and I have made sure all my friends are also working in the same company and none of us this overtime concept or stresses or frustrations ever.

Today there are innumerous such instances that I can recall and narrate, but that would take volumes of pages, & gist would be the same. Your decision of being a part of this team and achieving the benefits of owning a huge network should have come by now, or you can just re-read this article once again.
These are just some of the reasons which could flash on my mind without any kind of deep thinking, if I sit to think it over a little more deep, putting down the rest of the list of reasons might itself compile a book.
